vRouter and vNetowork, there is no network availability

Friends, created a virtual network (192.168.1.0 / 24), attached to the virtual router(and instantiate to VM), created two servers VM83, VM84, network servers were assigned, the group port on vCenter was created. The first server address is 192.168.1.3(VM84), the second is 192.168.1.2(VM84). BUT!! do not see each other, also there is no ping to the virtual network gateway or VR10. What am I doing wrong?
