Can not add new template from vcenter to opennebula

hi everybody,
I am facing one of the problem that can not add vm template to opennebula portal from vcenter . Our hypervisor is vmware platform infrastructure.
How can add vm template to openenbula.

Do you have any error message?, can you share if there’s any message that appears when you try to add the template?
