cannot upgrade, community / enterprise issues

Hey guys! Hope you can help me here. I have installed version 6.8 in the community version (from the community repository), as the license has not come in yet and I wanted to get started already.

By now the license got in and I can use the enterprise version. I added the support key to the config files and the banner is showing “officially supported”.

With joy I saw that now the version 6.10 is released and I wanted to upgrade. When starting the first steps in the guide:
“onecfg upgrade”

I get the error: Command ‘upgrade’ not found

So “onecfg” is there but not with the functionality. My first idea is, that this is not in the enterprise version, but still the community edition as I installed it this way. So I added the enterprise repo and it works.

How can I now extend the “onecfg” functionality? Do I have to reinstall with the enterprise version or is there a way around it?

Thank you so much!

hello @turtle,

For upgrading to Enterprise coming from a Community edition, you need to follow these guidelines:

In any case, if you are already an Enterprise user, please file a ticket through the support portal.
