how to upgrade community version to enterprise version?

To upgrade to an enterprise edition, you first have to buy a subscription: OpenNebula Subscriptions | Open Source Cloud & Edge Computing Platform
Then follow the steps that you can find on the documentation:

However, Now we are using Community version 6.6 and we would like to upgrade Enterprise version 8.8.
We tested upgrade process the fact that we face some of issue.
If you have an Enterprise Edition token you just need to update your repositories to point your package manage to the enterprise repository. With the enterprise repository you automatically get the migrator during the upgrade process.
