Cloud view - Quotas percentage not working correctly

With one-4.14.0, on the cloud view front page, all quotas percentage stay at 0% even if quotas are in place for a user.

If I go in Settings > Quotas, I can see that 2/2 VMS are in use, 2/4 CPUs and 1GB/4GB. So the quotas percentage in the front page should be 100%, 50% and 25%. Also, the progress bar for each quotas are at 100%.
