How to give the Attribute RANGE = ALL in security group through xml-rpc(one.secgroup.allocate) method

I have tried to create the security group with Attribute RANGE=ALL but i can’t create the security group because the range attribute requires integer.I have attached the screenshot with error message.

Please follow the specification in the documentation. If you omit RANGE it means it will open all.
