I want to limit the bandwidth usage of user downloading files through wget in virtual machine. For that I have tried to update the virtual network (vn51) with peak inbound and outbound traffic to certain limit.
Eg.,
I have attached the vn51 nic to a VM (bandwidth test) and tried downloading eclipse luna file from internet through wget, but bandwidth limit not working. It just goes over the limit. I am not sure of how it works.

Anyone help me limiting bandwidth for a Virtual Machine in Opennebula 5.2. What is the right way of doing it?
