I have a question about how OpenNebula configures the speed of the network interfaces created for each virtual machine? Is it possible to modify that value and what file should I review to do so?
By default the limit should be whatever the virtualized NIC model has. You can customize the NIC bandwidth using the INBOUND and OUTBOUND attributes on the VM Template.
