Image uploaded correctly, but does not appear after refreshing

I installed opennebula on a dell poweredge r610 running Ubuntu 14.04. It lets me add image and create VM’s from the marketplace, but whenever I try to upload a WINDOWS SERVER image from my hard drive a notification pops up that says “image uploaded correctly,” but it does not appear even after refreshing. I’ve tried windows server 2012 r2, windows server 2012, and 2008 but none of the images end up appearing.

Do you have any error messages in /var/log/one/oned.log, /var/log/one/sunstone.error or /var/log/one/sunstone.log?
