Imported VM's from vCenter - pending status

Hi,

 I have a issue, after the VM's was imported to opennebuna (vonecloud) only 5 of 19 VM's changed the status from pending to running, i can not find the issue, also i don't see any  difference between VM's.

I’m not sure if this part of the log will help .:

Hi,

This behaviour is exclusive of vOneCloud 1.4 and 1.6, this does not happen in OpenNebula 4.12. It is mostly due to overcommitment.

 I have vOneCloud 1.6, i will test the same thing with OpenNebula 4.12.
