If I try to run the maximum size VM on a host is it okay to set physical CPU to 1 and use 100% CPU, does open nebula automatically manage the CPU reserve for the hypervisor. So if I set it to 1 then there will be CPU time dedicated to hypervisor ? or does I need to set the physical CPU to 0.95 or something ?
