VM create disable

Hello, i disabled into the could.yaml the template and provisioning options but from the dashboard is still possible to create it trough the button “+”
how to remove that button ?

i just discovered that from the virtual machine tab there’s another + button as the screenshot… unfortunately i didnt still understand how remove it… any help ?
