We are facing a lot of slowness after installing 6.2 version on vnc access, the performance is laggy that it is unuseable, I have another deployment of 5.6 version and VNC just works fine.
Is there any tweaks for 6.2 novnc?

noVNC is left in 6.2 for legacy purposes. Please try the Guacamole VNC integration instead.

Thank you for replying, I have already installed opennebula-guacd service and its running on port 4822, But I am not sure if i am using guacd or vnc as I see vnc/guacd on tempate and after booting on the vnc screen I seen novnc.
Do I have to configure after the service is installed so that it uses guacd instead of novnc?

You need to start FireEdge, and set the correct FireEdge endpoints in sunstone-server.conf
