I am trying to find the oneprovision tool and am unable to find it. I have installed v7.1. Is it in v7.0 or only in the v6.x releases? I am using the community version. Is it perhaps in the Enterprise edition only?

As stated on the documentation: Compatibility guide, the traditional oneprovision tool as it existed in the 6.x series isn’t present anymore.
Could you explain a bit more what’s your use case, why you need oneprovision, and see if we can help you with a workaround?
