[SOLVED] Template with fixed CPU/RAM error

After update ONE to 5.6.0 , user can not create VMs by template with fixed CPU/RAM.

This is the error:
[one.template.instantiate] User [31] : User Template includes a restricted attribute USER_INPUTS.

Versions of the related components and OS (frontend, hypervisors, VMs):
OS: Ubuntu 16.04
Hypervisor: KVM
ONE: 5.6.0

Steps to reproduce:
Create any template with fixed CPU or RAM then try to create VMs from that template.
