I’ve installed opennebula v4.10 and i’m trying to upgrade to v4.12 on Ubuntu 12.04. I have the repository http://downloads.opennebula.org/repo/4.12/Ubuntu/12.04 but when i run apt-get i receive a message that there aren’t any new package to download.
Take a look for the repository, you have the 4.10 branch on your repository
and you need the 4.12

Upgrade or compile the software manually. But we don’t recommend compiling the software unless you are used to the software itself and the compilation options.
It means that nebula will not continue supporting 12.04 or only we have to wait some time until you fix/publish some issue with the repository or something like that.
I would like to know that to plan the upgrade of my nebula servers to 14.04 if you do not continue supporting 12.04.
It means that we won’t support or create new packages for Ubuntu 12.04 from now on. Making packages for a distro means also testing, changing configuration options to accommodate that specific version, etc. That’s why we had to stop supporting some old distros.
